Hill Country Hyzers Lost Disc Policy

The Hill Country Hyzers are committed to helping players recover lost discs while supporting our local community partners. Our official policy regarding lost and found discs is below.

📦 Lost Disc Collection & Tracking

Lost discs that are turned in via our drop box at Benbrook Ranch Park (under the large oak tree near the parking lot) or found at any of our supported courses will be logged into our DiscDefender database. This ensures each disc is recorded and tracked properly for recovery.

⏳ Holding Period

All lost discs will be securely stored at Obsidian Brewery for a period of 30 days from the date they are dropped off.

🌀 Unclaimed Discs

Discs not claimed within 30 days will be classified as unclaimed and considered donated to the club. These discs may then be:

• Donated to other players or organizations
• Recycled or repurposed for club use or events

The database will be updated monthly to remove any unclaimed discs.
